Very happy to get this tried to buy at Lowe’s but they said they were all sold out at all locations so I looked online and there 500 of them. It arrived in great condition and fresh smells great. I hung it outside by the front door on the plant hanger. Highly recommend!

Poor quality

I received 2 of the 3 items a week late and the final one came damaged a week after that in very poor condition. The box looked like it was run over by a truck and the evergreen was old and pines were falling off everywhere.

Usually perfect

I buy these every year. It's a kissing ball that is supposed to hang and it always comes with a hanging chain. Except this year. Literally most of the item is a hanging thing, it needs to hang I don't have anything to hang it with I will have to go to the store and buy something to hang it with. I don't know why they chose not to send the chain this year but it's really disappointing. It's supposed to be plug and play You pull it out of the box and hang it up. Not this year
