Same as everyone else, backfill and creates mold i
Like many of the other reviews, we moved into a house where this unit already existed. And the black mold is horrendous. As well, the backfill of the soap dispenser is constant. This unit is a great idea but horrible application.

Full of water & causes black mold
Dispenser fills up with tons of water, diluting detergent. Interior it slides into is easy to clean but the entire interior metal of the machine is filled with black mold. Takes hours to clean and happens again within weeks, every time. Terrible product design.

Detergent dispenser leaks
We purchased Maytag washer MHW8200FW summer of 2018. We love it...until the liquid detergent dispenser started to fail. Our dispenser diluted the detergent with water. I can’t tell where it’s coming from. Frustrating. Otherwise, a great product.
