Only thing I do not like is it does not have the drop down door as my previous whirlpool dryer did, which allows you to easily take the clothes from the washer to the dryer by being able to set them on the drop down door also , when you remove the dry clothes , it just makes them easier to slide out. Almost caused a fire!
My wife and I bought this is 2012, hardly used it until 2015. Worked fine until earlier this year 2018. It stayed hot when it was off, unplugged it and checked out the unit, it seemed fine. Then it just stopped spinning, so we had a service guy come in and it was hot!!! It would not turn off. Element is not sagging or shorting, it is a thermo switch and motor issue. Works well...about what we expected for the price!
Except that the dealer we used didn't come back to move the door to the other side and we hafta go all around the dryer from the washer to throw clothes in (and sometimes miss...), we like this dryer a lot. Works good, and dries well enough. Our older one didn't have the cool down, and like that alot.

WOULD BUY AGAIN
IT DRIES SO QUICKLY AND YOU COULD FIT A COMFORTER IN IT. I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH A DRYER THAT HAS SUCH A LARGE CAPACITY. IT IS TERRIFIC AND REASONABLY QUIET. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT
