Faulty dryer after 1 day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a double stacked commercial dryer 3 weeks ago. Had it installed a week ago and it only lasted 1 day before one of the dryers making a terrible noise. Have been trying to get hold of the trade dept at Whirlpool but the phone just rings for more than 30 minutes every time I phone so as of now was not able to get assisted by anyone.

Found the key!!! Key# is GR777 Part# 8-20-777

When I bought this Whirlpool Commercial Dryer Model# CSP2970HQ0 it did not come with a key. I called Whirlpool and found out it is a common service key - Key# is GR777 Part# 8-20-777. You need the key to adjust the price, cycle time, and other information. I bought this dryer for my home so I also found out (called Whirlpool to verify this is correct) you need 2 dryer outlets to be able to use the top dryer. This dryer does not work without other parts! There is no "bypass" mode to turn on for personal use. No one I speak with at Lowes or Whirlpool knows how to get this thing to start!! I was told before ordering it would work out of the box and this is a lie. So after paying $425 to get this giant thing hauled upstairs and installed it does NOTHING. Lowes told me I needed to deal with Whirlpool directly which I will need to pay for. So I am without a dryer for another 2 weeks and that's IF th...

I received my dryers a month after I ordered it and when I finally was able to install it. It will not come with a key to set up the dryer. So it is useless. Lowe's doesn't have the key. Whirlpool doesn't have a key. Don't waste your money.
