When I bought this Whirlpool Commercial Dryer Model# CSP2970HQ0 it did not come with a key. I called Whirlpool and found out it is a common service key - Key# is GR777 Part# 8-20-777. You need the key to adjust the price, cycle time, and other information. DO NOT BUY

This dryer does not work without other parts! There is no "bypass" mode to turn on for personal use. No one I speak with at Lowes or Whirlpool knows how to get this thing to start!! I was told before ordering it would work out of the box and this is a lie. So after paying $425 to get this giant thing hauled upstairs and installed it does NOTHING. I received my dryers a month after I ordered it and when I finally was able to install it. It will not come with a key to set up the dryer. So it is useless. Lowe's doesn't have the key. Whirlpool doesn't have a key. Don't waste your money.
