[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in dec of 2025 and it does not seem consistent with the temperature in the top freezer ,one day the ice cream is frozen and the next day it would be soft

Freezer too cold.

First 2 refridgerator came damaged. 3rd one delivered looked good, so it was installed. Day 2 my lettuce was froze at recomended temperature. Turned to the warmest setting no change so far. I'm reading it likely has a bad board. 👎
