Buy for the handle, not the hose
Like most Waterpik spray handles, this one was easy to install and only took a couple of minutes. I like the spray options and the water volume makes quick work of rinsing. I'm not a fan of the rigid plastic hose that came with it and opted to replace it on the first day with 3rd party, flexible metal hose which doesn't include a water restrictor.

Broke within a month. The whole shower head holder broke. Fortunately, I had another one in a second bathroom that is used only for guests and my husband took the part off of that one so that I could use the shower. Now I have to buy another one to replace the one in the 2nd bathroom. This is unacceptable and annoying. The company should replace it.

Powerful spray
The spray is powerful without making a mess. Easy to use. The hose was too short so I bought the Waterpik extra long hose, and it fits perfectly. No leaks.
