l need to add an alkaline
l need to add an alkaline filter to improve the taste, as the water can be bitter without it. Now that we've installed the alkaline filter, the water tastes perfect.

It did take a long time for this delivery. the installation was very easy.. the printed directions were not great, but I found their instructions online and followed along. Unfortunately, my old undersink filter made by a different company had been discontinued and I couldn't get replacement cartridges anymore.. it was a horrible design and removing it was extremely difficult. the water drop design is so much easier and water tastes great!

Clean looking product that greatly improved water taste. Twice a year we get algae blooms that make the water taste awful, but this filter takes all that bad taste out.
