Installed it on the rear of the door to the garage. Easy to install, and adjust. Took maybe 30 mins since I take my time. You can adjust the inner spring tension depending on how forcefully you want the door to close--note that this closer works using spring tension, it's not pneumatic. I should have done this years ago.
