WEN does not think it is important to tell the user how to swap out the round head to the triangle head. WEN markets this as a dust collector; however it does not have any feature that collects dust. User needs an additional power tool (shop vac). WEN does not tell you this. The help line does not open until after 10am EST (typically 3 hours after you get to work), so it's not very helpful. This is a great tool been hand sanding for decades til I bought this made it a breeze cut my work time down from hours to minutes it is a little heavy for overhead but better then a pole sander hooks right up to my shop vacuum and minimal amount of dust if any at all should have bought this tool years ago
