Managing multi-family properties that are 30+ years old, this is ideal for three reasons - it makes the corroded drain look like brand new! The added hair catcher is a real bonus and saves on work orders to unclog drains, and the overflow plate adds to the new look. The kit was easy to install. The first drain I installed, the bolt did not fit into the cross-section, so I put the silicone glue underneath the drain piece and it worked just fine.
