I was disappointed in 2

I was disappointed in 2 parts of the system. First, the bolts are made of such soft metal, that the heads stripped when I was drilling them into the support beam. Secondly, the nozzle broke within just a few weeks of use.

Wish I had this years ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great product! I was so tired of dragging my hose around the yard. I wish I had found this years sooner. High quality manufacturing, for sure.

Why didn't we get his sooner?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were reeling in our hose before and it was such a hassle, we'd avoid watering the garden. This is a gamechanger!

Retractable hose

Wonderful product. For us mature folks make putting the hose away much easier.

I love how I can

I love how I can walk across my yard without struggling with my previous hose that kinked all the time. Plus putting it back in the reel makes for a nice orderly look. I only wish I got the more powerful hose as the flow is quite mild.

Excited to Use Our Hose Reel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed our newly purchased 130’ hose reel yesterday on a post underneath our deck to protect it from the hot South Carolina summer sun. We covered it with a reel cover for extra protection. The installation was fairly straightforward. We played with it a bit and like the smooth way the hose dispenses and retracts. We are looking forward to using it on a regular basis. The only negative feedback we have at this time is the attachment conne...

Made a great choice.

The hose reel I bought, along with the mounting pole and leader hose is a blessing for me. All came packaged very well. I did need help with the concrete/mortar part of the installation, but the rest I was able to install myself. It helped me keep my garden watered at the base of my plants while I was fighting some sort of a fungal issue. It look great! It works fantastic! The cover has 2 pockets to store small items. It works great for my phone while I work out in the garden ! I like the idea t...
