What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the retractable hose reel for transforming garden watering into an effortless task. Most highlight the smooth automatic retraction mechanism that eliminates manual coiling, with reviewers noting it "rewinds itself" with a gentle tug. Many appreciate how the design keeps yards organized and clutter-free, preventing tangled hoses and tripping hazards. Customers consistently describe the construction as durable and high-quality, with the 130-foot model praised for full yard coverage. Several report reduced physical strain and improved access to hard-to-reach areas. A few mention minor hose kinking, though this is far outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, most consider it a game-changing addition to their gardening routine.

Bad experience with support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hose reel works well, however the female thread quick connector and 9 pattern spray nozzle leaked after a summer of use. Worked with support however got in an email circle with them and finally gave up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my retractable hose reel. It’s just what I wanted and looks so neat and out of the way.

I was disappointed in 2

I was disappointed in 2 parts of the system. First, the bolts are made of such soft metal, that the heads stripped when I was drilling them into the support beam. Secondly, the nozzle broke within just a few weeks of use.

Wish I had this years ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great product! I was so tired of dragging my hose around the yard. I wish I had found this years sooner. High quality manufacturing, for sure.

Why didn't we get his sooner?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were reeling in our hose before and it was such a hassle, we'd avoid watering the garden. This is a gamechanger!

Retractable hose

Wonderful product. For us mature folks make putting the hose away much easier.

I love how I can

I love how I can walk across my yard without struggling with my previous hose that kinked all the time. Plus putting it back in the reel makes for a nice orderly look. I only wish I got the more powerful hose as the flow is quite mild.
