30 year old concrete garage floor epoxy
The 1 part epoxy concrete coating, was installed on my 30 year old garage floor. Cleaning the floor was a monumental job spent a week, powerwashing, scrubbing, using rust remover, and concrete etch. I used the recommended bonding primer. Within an hour of the primer, I rolled on the epoxy. It rolled on very well, covered well. The first coat was recoated with a second coat, within an hour.
