Horrible customer support - stay away!
When my patio set arrived, I was greeted by finding shards of glass inside the box. The glass portion looks like it was broken in advance and put in a bag. No problem, I'll send for a replacement part right? Nope. The answer was "sorry we don't ship those because they might break". No kidding! They offered me 30 bucks to go get my own glass. Really?? I insist that they send me a replacement. They said it's on order but we don't know when it will ship. Absolutely ridiculous and lacking c...
