What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the gazebo for its sturdy, well-built construction and excellent value. Most describe it as solid and durable, built to withstand all seasons and weather. Many note it feels like a premium upgrade compared to cheaper alternatives. Assembly is demanding and requires multiple people and patience, but reviewers consistently report high satisfaction once complete, calling the effort worthwhile. A few encountered missing parts or unclear instructions, though these issues represent a small fraction of feedback and are outweighed by praise for overall quality and durability.

A Complete Disaster From Start to (un)Finish

Would Not Recommend

To start, they delivered the WRONG gazebo. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, I also paid for professional assembly at the time of purchase, and the assembly was NEVER completed. Trying to get the service I had already paid for scheduled became an exhausting ordeal. I spent far too much time trying to coordinate a booking for something that should have been handled seamlessly as part of the purchase. After getting nowhere with the scheduling process, I went to the store personally for assist...

Would not recommend!

This gazebo was very hard to put together. We had a leg get damaged during a storm and I called customer service to purchase a replacement and they do not sell parts for their products. Now it is useless to us. Customer service is terrible. I would never recommend this to another person. spend your hard earned dollars with another vendor.

Great cover

Would Recommend

Purchased this to cover a picnic table. It was a process to build but the directions were nice and clear. Pieces are well made and go together nicely. When done it seems nice and sturdy with screen walls to let the air blow through but keep the bugs out. Overall very happy with the product and would recommend to anyone looking for a well made cover.

Gazebo

Would Not Recommend

We installed the gazebo. Some of the pieces were bent and had to be straightened before we could finish building it. This added more stress to the build.
