Ordered white, got khaki, multiple dings in legs.
5 stars for shipping/arrival time as it came early. 3 stars for not being the color that was ordered and for having several dings in the leg structures. It does what we needed as for providing shade.

There are definitely issues with this company's customer service. This is an aluminum frame product that is meant to last years. And due to the fact that the canopy needs to be removed during the winter for durability, you would assume that you'd be able to buy any replacement parts that you would need to be able to correct the issue with the Pergola. But I called in to the customer service and they said unless it's under warranty it will they will not provide any parts. I was not looking for an...
Structural integrity concerns
I like the appearance and functionality of the pergola and awning. However, I am concerned about the structural integrity and durability given the light aluminum material. More specifically only two small tabs on each post hold them steady and upright. I've just put this up and it has not been exposed to the high winds that come with storms.

garbage!
only lasted 1 week before the fabric ripped from reinforced holes. then 2 months later first rain storm, swayed back and forth, twisted while the bottom was secure. then 3 months later it's in a bunch of pieces on my lawn because the metal bolts ripped completely out! we haven't even had a real snow storm yet!
What I wanted, but
It's a great pergola for the price, but you have to be careful when tightening screws for they can break easily. Also, the screws for the cloth covering has a tendency to loosen quite often so if you live in a windy location be sure to check them daily. I would suggest you anchor it as well for stability...I placed an anchor inside the base plate so it wouldn't show...

I was immediately worried upon delivery because the box was pretty beat up, with tape torn at the ends and lots of dents/breaks in the packaging.
