I love the service from both Lowe’s and the manufacturer. I had a slight problem with these patio doors when they were delivered. Lowe’s immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and the next day the missing parts were delivered. The doors are now installed and work perfectly.

This is the best sliding patio door in its mid tier price range. The quality of the door is sturdy and the blinds don't look cheap. The door is heavier because it's rated for storms. There's nothing wrong with the door it's just built in weighs heavier than other patio doors.
