I originally chose a rug that was a super soft shag by the Maryland collection. I loved it so much but the color was off and a suitable color option was not available. This was the only shag rug offered by Rugs that would work with my decor. It is a rough yarn that is machine vented, reminding me of the hair of a dollar store doll.
