Newly bought dishwasher stopped giving E1 error after first use. Called and went back and forth for six months with Unique Customer Service. After waiting six months since my initial request to fix the newly bought dishwasher, I finally took matters into my own hands and called a certified plumber. NEED extra parts

This is a beautiful dishwasher. Unfortunately, you need extra parts to install it, which are unavailable in the local store. We have been running around trying to find what we need to install it. Not sure how well it works, because we have yet to use it. Would be nice if it came with all of the parts or they were offered when we checked out. Weeks later, still hand washing.

Bad customer service!

I bought Unique appliances for my new construction barn. When we unpacked the unit, the door trim was broken and the door was damaged. Lowes did not want to help me to exchange to a new unit, I had to deal directly with the manufacturer, it has been 3 weeks now and was told to return the unit to Lowes. Lowes will not accept the return without the RA number (Return authorization number). I contacted the manufacturer for the RA number, emails, phone calls...so far no response. Be careful w...
