Ripped apart on the 4th spindle
Total garbage. I have square treated wood spindles and during the 4th spindle it ripped apart and couldn't use any longer due to fuzz getting in the stain.
Great idea but needs improvement
Very big and slips. The should make a small version as well. Did come apart faster than expected for the price. I have seen less expensive ones and you could buy a couple of those and throw away when tears and have spent the same. This one is more expensive and did not last any longer. To big and the thumb portion has a poor design to use for spindles. Improve th thumb and make a smaller fit and last longer and it would be great.
A Big Disappointment!
Bought the mitts to paint a pipe fence. Smooth pipe and the mitts still began coming apart in about 25'. Also, the mitt is difficult to manage since it begins to drop off the hand when it gets saturated with paint. Dont waste your time or money. I purchased a large automotive sponge for 1.50 and it last much longer and is easier to use.
Great concept, mediocre execution
The idea of this is genius. Definitely saves time painting vertical round or square items. I used it to stain my deck rails and it worked ok the first group of rails then it started falling apart. My rails are standard pressure treated wood, about five years old. I didn't sand them down but they were really rough at all. I expected more from this product. The "no fuzz" claim is not accurate either. It left many fuzz balls on this job. Might be better off with a rubber glove and a terry towel to ...
Waste of $
The concept and design behind this idea are great. In practice it failed miserably. It was made with enormous hands in mind to have a good fit. I tried it out, and the glove was so huge. I wasn't able to really get the paint on the mitt properly. It made for a sloppy, awkward mess. The inside lining to protect your hands from the paint was not attached to the outter glove so you had no real ability to grasp the spindles properly. I gave up after giving it a try several times and went with a spon...

Not as expected
Bought this to paint a wooden interior railing with posts and spindles. Too much of the paint stays on the mitt. I am sure it would work better on a second or third coat, but I didn't have the patience for that.

Not worth it
These mitts do not fit right, and move to freely. Would be better off using a cotton glove with a latex glove underneath.

Cheap in very way
I thought this was a great idea since I was painting my pipe fencing. Wrong. I didn't even get a full 30ft worth of pipe painted before it just completely fell apart. (unraveled). This was not worth the cost nor was it worth the little amount of painting it did do.
Great idea but the reality is much different
When I first had this described to me it looked like a great idea. The idea of being able to paint the spindles on my deck in one motion should have been a real time saver. However, reality took over once I started to use it. The mitt was much larger than what you could fit your hand. This resulted in the mitt flopping all over with paint on it. It did work for awhile but the cotton on the mitt to hold the paint was ripped off the mitt slowly until there wasn't much left to hold the paint. Needl...
