Sent Wrong Sample
I was sent the color Jasper instead of Biscayne and I have tried to return the incorrect sample and exchange it for the correct color sample but the website malfunctions. Please send me the Trex Transcend Lineage 12-in Biscayne Composite Deck Board (Sample). I will be glad to send back the Jasper Sample if you send me a shipping label. Thank you!

Didn't get it right
They sent a grooved sample rather than the square sample that was ordered. Therefore, it's not really a sample when you don't know what the edges are actually going to look like. Puts them at the bottom of the list of supplier options. Why would I spend thousands with them if they can't even get a $5 sample correct. Not to mention it took over 2 months to ship. Chances are that they won't make right by their mistake here either....
