Drive belt falls off

Would Not Recommend

Bought this Toro mower new 3 months ago. Used once a week then, while mowing, suddenly the drive belt fell off. Several hours of struggling and I was able to get it back on again and functioning. Thirty minutes of mowing then the drive belt fell off again. Not good! Lowes has only 48 (!) hour return policy. A new ZTR mower that falls apart after 3 months? Lowes won't do anything so trying to call the local Toro dealer. Traded my trusty 5 year old timecutter for this one /cry

Lowes has terrible customer service and care

Would Not Recommend

Was told delivery must be received by someone 18 or older. Scheduled a day off from work to accept delivery. I received an email during my 4 hour delivery window stating mower was unable to be delivered. I called and it was scheduled to be delivered on the wrong style truck. They said they could reschedule delivery for tomorrow, I said no because I had no faith it would come. I told them I would be in to pick it up. I also opened up a claim for wasting my tell. I bought this to replace my 11 year old 42 inch Time cutter. Wow, quite the upgrade! My lawn looks much more even after cutting, love the bigger tires, doesn't slip on my swale slope. I am happy I made the upgrade.

Poor quality control department

Disappointed with quality control department. The seat only had two of the four bolts holding it on . The inserts in the seat turned when tightening so the seat could not be held in place. The seat cable was never attached to the seat.
