[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well through no fault to Toro, it was a bumpy start. The mower performed great on the initial outing. However, a fairly large stick wedge in between the pulling and the drive belt. After getting that taken care of the mower is meeting my expectations. So far I am very satisfied with it’s quickness and ease to operate. I also enjoy the ride. I have a large 2 acre lot and in some places can be bumpy. The Toro handles the terrain no problem.

Before buying this mower, I read reviews and was on the fence because of issues with wiring, delivery, receiving used mowers, and other quality concerns. However, I decided to pull the trigger on this Toro because of its build quality, and at this point, I could not be more pleased. First, Lowe's delivered a new mower, and the delivery guys were great. Also, the quality issues with the wiring seem to have been resolved, except for the fuses not being covered. ARRIVED W BLACK OIL IN IT AND IT WOULDN'T START
This item arrived with black oil in it and it wouldn't start. Please note you only have 48 hours to find out if something is wrong with it, I recommend making them start it before they leave. The new one get delivered and the old one picked up tomorrow. I love the Toro, but the delivery for this one wasn't as good as lowe's has been.
