What's worse if you buy the warranty from Lowes it doesn't go into effect until after the manufacturer warranty. Horrible delivery and setup
Just received my new TORO Timecutter. Paid to have it delivered and boy was that a mistake. Received it today on two pallets. The driver didn't speak English, he dropped and left. Said for us to call Lowes. It was missing the owners manual, washing attachment, rear hitch, was filthy, and had major scratches on the rear motor guards. Not happy!!!!! I like this mower, mows nice, love the Briggs engine. But if you read the reviews it has a problem, from the factory, with the Choke and Throttle cables being run to close to the head and exhaust. Don't expect setup services to be done properly.
This may be a good product. It might be! The setup was horrific. It rode like a steel rail. The tires were over inflated by over 15-20 psi, none the same. It would not track properly. I spent an hour finding the problem. The instructions were clear enough. However, the adjustment screws were never adjusted to the control arms when the mower was built. This is my first Zero Turn and honestly maybe a little over kill for the size of my lawn. With that being said, it is a great mower.
