The heavy duty handles and non-slip stepping surface assemble easily and in minutes with hardware that is included. Does not include the hardware to bolt to your dock.

Ladder portion fills with water when submerged, and drains when flipped up and out of the water
Mounts to any style of dock
Vertical distance from the top on your dock to the bottom of the ladder is 45"
Avoid stairs touching the bottom of the lake if bottom has rocks or is uneven
With the flip steps in the downward position there should be no gap or obstruction between the back of the stairs and the dock edge
Hardware required - 1/2" x 4" galvanized carriage bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and nuts under the dock/4 holes per handle
