Good looking product
I've used this product on a few different decks. It always looks great when the jobs completed and with minimal care, holds it good looks over time. For what the product costs I'd expect nothing less.
Beautiful. Installed Easily.
This is by far the best wood decking material that we have shopped for. It installed easily, using the hardware between the boards. The boards are flawless. This was not a DIY project. We used an experience contractor who obsesses with perfection. He loved the material. The only downside is that the sample showed perfect die color throughout the board. When ours were cut, the color was not uniform. But it is still superior to other brands. Some have downgraded because the boards are ...
Fine Product. This store blows!
Nothing wrong with the product. This store is a nightmare. Drove down to pick up and they "lost it". Lost a 20' long stick of composite wood. I had to wait until the following day for the "daylight workers to find it". Waited over a week for it to come in and had to wait two days for them to "find it". Not so much as a sorry. I was actually told "you may have to reorder it, if we can't find it".

Great product and customer service
Purchased and installed 8 years ago. Used all TimberTech decking hidden fastener clips and hidden screws. One board had a minor failure, contacted TimberTech and they are providing enough money to replace the failed board - materials and labor. It is great to have a company stand behind their product
Boards are weak and one already damaged
Bought over 7k worth of boards. One came in ripped on one edge and all are weak and poor quality even before installation! Im not a happy customer!

It's beautiful, buuuutttt....
Mushrooming in a couple of places in spite of composite screws and pilot holes. Lowe's charges for replacement until you return the damaged boarding. Difficult to do when a 20 foot board is cut up in 4 different sections of deck.

Love the product BUT,
This was a "DIY" project to refurbish an "L" shaped front porch. Word of caution. The ends of these boards are not cut square from the factory. Should you allow Lowe's to deliver I advise you check EVERY board for damage or defects BEFORE you let the delivery driver leave or you accept the product. There were boards in the middle of the stack that were not at 100%. Some had scratches and scuff marks. Not something one expects when you are paying this dollar amount. I made do with what I had but ...
