It was horrible. It took a week to get it. They finally said they sent it to the wrong customer. It looked like a used door. It had major damage to it. I will NEVER get anything from Lowe's that has to be ordered. This is the second major problem I have had with them. Previously I ordered granite counter tops for my kitchen. I show the women exactly what I wanted and I wanted a 1/2 inch bevel edge. What came to my house was not what I ordered and the edge was squared. The color doesn't match...

Looks may be deceiving
Purchased the door, the finish looked good and the frame construction seemed sound. I started with my install after removing the old door and found the screw for the top jamb missed and screwed up the top of the door along with a random broken screw in the top of the door. So now you see giant gouges in the door when it is opened. The stain repair kit is around $150 to repair, but that shouldn't have been needed. was scheduled to have door installed by lowes only to find out that when you order a door and pay lowes to install neither lowes or summit bother to check for scratches which it had until they showed up on installation day which summit was over 5 hours late and didn't want to install door at all made every excuse in the the world ended up after 2 months waiting having to find another store with a real installer,don't make the same mistake shop anywhere but lowes,the door is nice for price just d...
Examine door thoroughly before purchase.
Love the door BUT after unwrapping it found a huge gash on the side of it noticeable from interior. We had noticed scuffs and scratches on a couple in stock and found the "best" one from the side that was visible. After hauling it home and assembling the pre hang we were putting door in and saw it. My husband wanted to get replacement door but its alot of work and dealing with an exchange just wasnt appealing so i just ignore it. I would suggest opening the packaging in store before purchase.

Beautiful
Great price for a beautiful door that looks much more expensive! We went with a sage green paint against a red brick house and it looks fantastic, we get so many compliments on this. The glass is just big enough to let quite a bit of sunlight in, really changed our dark living room into a bright, pretty space.

I think it's a factory reject
Purchase this door brought it home installed it then get to looking wondering why it wasn't shutting good from the factory the door hinges was installed wrong and missing Screws, i fixed it no trouble and i don't think it had anything to do with Lowes because i've replaced two other doors from Lowes with no problem just goes to show when buying door you should always check um over good
