This is my other door the contractor put in for meand he found that alot of damaged ones were in lowes and he picked a good one out . But I never realized that and inset door would cause problems with the door handles as all the strike plates are made for flush mount doors and i have 2x6 stud work and waiting for a special order can take months . Professional Installation when buying from Lowes

The JMJ company that installed the door is excellent. I buy my doors at Lowes because this company installs all their doors. They are professionals. The fiberglass door was $308 when I bought it. Questionable quality

First, I purchased this door to replace a garage entry door, not a front entrance, so its issues were not consequential. The lock side jamb was 1/8” short of the metal threshold, and no amount of “persuasion” helped. The instructions call for it to be caulked, so no big deal other than it being a quality issue. Decent Value Overall

Feels sturdy and appreciate the read-to-pain door slab. A little disappointed with some exposed staples in the brickmould for the one that I picked up, but not too much of an issue to remedy. I'm also very appreciative for the resources on the label for recommended sealant, etc. as well as a QR code linking to an install guide to have for reference. Very poor quality.

Very poorly put together. The hinges were not set into the area cut out for them. The screws in the hinges were all crooked. One was missing all together and there was no hole, so it never had a screw in that hole.

Great Upgrade at an affordable price

Bought this door to replace a drafty old wooden door between our kitchen and garage. The fiberglass is a nice insulator, the door swings like a dream and it didn't break the bank.

Quality control issues

Door is not perfectly square. I have it level in all directions. Threshold can only be lifted up. Unfortunately door bottom is rubbing making it hard to close.

I have been trying to speak to someone about this situation. this door is the wrong one and I need to get the right one. I need to have this one picked up and the correct one delivered using the money from this door for the right one. I need to exchange this. please someone tell me how to go about this. the door doesn't fit in my car hence the delivery. I called the store in Ardmore and was on hold for 2 hours and no one ever came back to the phone. please help me.

Quality 6 panel door

I had this professionally installed by a Lowes subcontractor. It appears to be a quality door. Time will tell as far as durability. The door is exposed to extreme sunlight in desert SW.
