Poor delivery service

Made my wife accept broken door even thoigh the driver knew it was broken. Purely unacceptable ! Now we own a brand new broken door and have to deal with getting an exchange. The delivery driver even had the audacity to say maybe your carpenter can fix it ! Are you kidding me?

Horrible quality

Would Not Recommend

Serious quality issues - The top hinge was mortised not deep enough so the top of the vertical edge of the door hits the jamb and cannot close properly. Worse yet, the mortises for the door locks are off by half an inch. Discovered this only after contractor installed the door and started to put on the locks. Now I am in a bind. Return it and pay for another installation fee? Therma-Tru doors have really gone down...

Not what they used to be

Would Not Recommend

Install this door this weekend. The door itself is a decent finish for fiberglass door. The issue with this door is the hinge placement. Hinges were mortised too high, and it makes the door nearly impossible to open or close. I installed and pulled this door three separate times and I could not get this door to adjust properly without re-mortising the hinges on the door. The overall fit and finish of the jamb leaves a lot to be desired.
