Customer service was not great

The wrong rug was delivered. The store said they would refund the purchase. I had to reorder the same rug, and they would take the wrong rug when they delivered it. I still have no refund. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Keeps my LVP floors safe from rubber backed rugs

Would Recommend

I didn’t know when I got the luxury vinyl floors that rugs with latex or rubber backing will ruin them so you need a barrier. These polyurethane pads work well and stay put. Lowe’s beat other websites prices. They do have little air holes all through them but that’s the way they’re made and still protect the floor.
