With TERRO Ant and Roach Bait, you get two solutions in one convenient station, eliminating the need for multiple products. The slender profile and sturdy design make this bait station perfect for placement along baseboards, in corners, on counters, under and behind appliances, on windowsills and near garbage cans. For your convenience, each of the 4 bait stations come pre-filled and ready to use. The stay-fresh tab will keep the liquid fresh until opened. When ready to use, simply break off the tab and place where insects are numerous. Since this is a bait product, you will initially see more insects as they are attracted to the stations. After the bait is consumed, insect populations will begin to decline. The liquid bait, in the top portion of the trap, is specifically designed to allow worker ants to consume the product, survive long enough to carry the liquid back to the nest and deliver a dose to the rest of the colony. Ants enter the trap, consume the liquid ant bait and return to the nest where they pass on the bait to the rest of the colony. The active ingredient in the bait slowly interferes with the ants’ digestive systems, eventually killing them. The paste bait, located in the base of the trap, contains protein to attract and kill roaches and silverfish, as well as non-sweet-eating ants. Insects are able to access the bait through 3 different entry points. After consuming the bait, they will slowly die.
