I received it Thursday 7-30-2026. Installed it on 8-2-26 and the fan will not run. Lowe’s will not allow a return for refund or exchange because it is boxed and has been 48 hours from receiving it. Trying to get resolution from TCL is an ordeal and I do not know when I will have a working AC. I feel I have wasted over $600 and customer service is not very good.

Easy to install, much quieter than the old model I had, I am happy with this product.

Works well but difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we do enjoy this air conditioning unit, this was such a pain to install. It doesn’t come with the brackets or anything needed to install. It was quiet and very efficient. We love this in our basement during the summer but I wish it was easier to install for sure

Quite and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was actually quite easy to install. It took me around 30 minutes. It’s quite which is nice- adds a bit of white noise but not anything that would keep you up. The remote control made it nice to stay in bed and not have to move to adjust to my liking. I highly recommend!

Efficient air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This in wall air conditioner works great in our bedroom. It is more efficient than turning on the central AC and installation was fairly simple. Not too noisy either.

Quiet, powerful, and energy-efficient — the perfec

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TCL window A/C unit has been a game changer for my space! It cools the room quickly and runs surprisingly quiet, even at higher fan speeds perfect for sleeping or working. The remote control makes it super convenient to adjust settings from anywhere, and the installation process was simple and hassle-free. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I’ve already noticed it’s more energy-efficient than my previous unit. Overall, it’s a reliable, pow...
