The online order from Lowes was poorly wrapped in a oversized shipping box with little packing material. When the box arrived via FedEx the Bevel was sticking out the end of the shipping box. The Bevel pivot screw wing nut was missing and the cardboard label for the Bevel was detached. I tried chatting with Lowes online but was referred to call customer service. In calling Lowes customer service I experienced a very long hold time. Last time I will order from Lowes.

An excellent tool for little money. Just needs some touching up with a file and some sandpaper to take off the sharp edges and a little tung oil on the wood and you have a terrific bevel gauge.
