This brass plumb bob worked marvelously! I tied it to the string and it always goes straight down. Very reliable and does not require batteries at all. It has interchangeable tips, not sure why, but that makes it special somehow. Disclosure: i have only used this on earth- haven’t tried it in space, nor do I intend to. I doubt you would get similar results tho.

quality tool

I had to replace a 20 year old plumb bob. This appears to be of the same quality as the one I am replacing. I hope it will last another 20 years. Very well built tool, comes with three replaceable tips.

Absolutely amazing. Allows for extremely precise measuring. Quicker than most to level out, despite its lightweight. Replacement tips are a nice addition. Very great price for such a great tool.Highly durable and reliable.

Straight on for its purpose

Bought this for a sand pendulum and it works perfectly. Hangs straight down center, makes nice designs when pulled back and released.
