Sunnyside K-1 Kerosene has a very low sulfur PPM at 400 ppm which meet industry standards. I use this daily in the winter with NO odors (some at start-up and shut-down which is normal with kerosene heaters, lamps, etc.) If you are having odor issues, may I suggest it is not the product but your unit.
Never Received
order is currently late and no updates from either Lowe's or FedEx. even after to speaking to customer service.
Delivery of this product
I agree, it's the best price, but keep this in mind, you place an order and it takes at least two weeks, sometimes more to receive. So in the meantime I am buying small amounts to hold me over until the shipment arrives. So disappointed on amount of time, it takes to receive the Kersone. On reliable on delivery time, always!

Ordered and didn't receive my order. Have to wait 2 weeks for a refund (no replacements offered).
Excellent heat. Last longer then regular kerosene
Better price then most. Just wish there was better delivery. Fedx decided not to deliver it till almost 3 weeks later. Not lowes fault. They kept me updated and pushed to have deliveries.
FedEx service sucks!
The product itself is great mo problem…. The problem is with bad Fedex service…. Delivery was rescheduled at least three times !
