Fire pit
I didn't get to have a experience with the item because it was sent to the wrong address and I wasted my my money on something I never got and didn't get to use. I notified Lowe's that it was the wrong address but Lowe's just set on it until it was to late. Lowe's said they would fix it but later told me to settle it with the credit card company. They didn't make the mistake and therefore shouldn't have to eat it. I did! Sad but you lost a good customer.

Missing Hardware
Arrived with no hardware to assemble the table. Had to sit on the phone for 50 minutes and get transferred 3x for somebody to tell me they'll mail out the hardware and it will arrive in 3-5 business days. Never received the hardware. Called back and they can't even tell me if the hardware was ever shipped and the only thing they can do is "send a reminder to the manufacturer". So I have pieces of a table and no way to assemble it. I asked for a refund and they refused.
