I’ve had a lot of money for this fireplace. I’ve had it a couple years and the whole entire fireplace is turning rusted shouldn’t be happening. I take good care of it. I cover it every September. Try to get in touch with sunjoy The company that makes it and nobody has gotten back to me

Delayed delivery
The delivery is taking way longer than I was told and the web site support is zero help. All you systems says is "shipped" but I can't get a date for delivery. The original date on the day I placed the order was June 13th.

I found the chimney is not tall enough. When there is a breeze the smoke from the fire is blown into your face.

Great Item
Item was delivered to house, delivery man took to backyard and it was easy to assemble. It might’ve took 1.5 hrs to assemble. It’s cooling down outside this week so I’m looking to use it for my wife this week so she can enjoy the beautiful weather.

Great appearance . Limited quality
The product cane in well packaged but once unboxing there were a few parts that were bent and we were able to ben them back in place without damage. We have had a fireplace with fiberglass exteriors before and know that you cannot have a hot continual fire in them like you would in a brick fireplace or the fiberglass will break apart. I did spray some fire retardant foam along the interior backside of the unit to help keep the heat from the fiberglass. The sides are well ventilated so there i...
