Poor Quality

Three months after purchasing this fireplace (although always covered when not in use), the paint began flaking off daily, and it is rusted in multiple places. It's not a good look on our patio. We're very disappointed. We wish we were able to return it. We didn't have a truck to do so.

poor quality for the price came damaged but sunjoy did replace the damaged part .

Absolutely beautiful. Was packaged like Ft Knox; perfect. Assembly went smooth. Would buy again or as a gift.

So far so good!

I just purchased this item this past summer 2024 and it looks and works great for my space. I am hopeful that it will not rust over a Pittsburgh PA winter.

Excellent

Arrived in good condition, easy to assemble, decent quality, and looks good. The tile pattern is printed and somewhat pixelated, but you can't tell from a distance. Overall satisfied. I also purchased a Sunjoy gazebo ~7 years ago and it has held up much better than expected through severe Midwest weather and winters. So I expect I'll be happy with this outdoor fireplace.

The discount was very fair for the damage.

The product was great for the money. Unfortunately the product was damaged sometime during packaging or shipping. We notified the store with pictures and the store clerk gave us a 20% discount.
