what a run around
I purchased this SunJoy heater, and initially, it performed well for several months. However, by the following fall, approximately half of the system failed when we needed it most. I reached out to SunJoy, the manufacturer, and found their customer service to be responsive and helpful. Sunjoy Patio propane heater
Only had it a couple of weeks now, but pleased with everything so far. Puts out a lot of heat. Very attractive addition to our patio. The assembly directions are correct, it is a two person job.

Horrible service
First, the delivery company is horrible. They did not even provide a tracking number until the pkg was delivered. Driver did not ring doorbell (I was home). They left the pkg in driveway. When I received notification of delivery, pkg was gone. Called shipper, the lady who answered had the worst attitude and hung up. The driver called and I spoke with him, he did what he could to help me understand but the delivery company customer service was rude and horrible. Called Lowe’s and all they stated ...

A few QC issues that bother me, but overall good.
First, just let me say that every step from order to delivery was handled with great professionalism and communication. When the package arrived it was in a solid wood box on a pallet. The unit was extremely well packaged and there was no damage whatsoever.
