Nice tool but has major design flaw

I had intended to give this item 5 stars as it is so much faster than using a leaf vac and the mulch ratio is much better. The time spent mulching my leaves was cut in half and the mulch break down much faster because the pieces are smaller. However, in it's third season of use, the motor failed. Awesome mulcher

I love this tool! Instead of trying to shove leaves in a yard waste bag, I can put them in here, shred them into a yard can, and dump them into a leaf bag. I use less bags and it makes it less of a chore. I have used a different blower/mulcher but that gets tiring...I just drag this with me since it has wheels. Also, with the other mulcher, I constantly am sucking up acorns. I don't do that here since I'm able to pick up the bunches of leaves while the heavier acorns stay behind. The chute cover...

Perfect timing

We have 8 trees in our yard and fall time is gorgeous but also ridiculously hectic when it comes to collecting the leaves. With this device atleast the mulching part becomes a breeze. Its really easy to use and doesn’t require me putting together a hundred pieces. Also very convenient and easy to move around the yard with the help of the wheels!

This is my first mulcher and I have been missing out and working harder and not smarter for too long. It mulches my whole backyard in under an hour to a fine consistency. Bladeless leaf mulcher + shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sun Joe blameless electric leaf mulcher is great for people who have leaves constantly falling throughout the year. The assembly and set up was fairly easy (only need one person to assemble). The mulcher is lightweight and easy to roll around the yard. I was mulching damp/wet leaves without a bag and the process was simple, the mulcher worked as expected.

You just need to mask up and cover your head properly and wear safety goggles because lots of dust would come out. But overall, I will continue using it. It reduces the effort of raking the leaves upto the curb. I rake some and crush 'em. Since it has wheels, I can move it around the yard.

On the coarse setting the leaves were actually a little damp and we had small sticks in it as well but that didn't matter at all. It ground them up very easily.
