Not the way I do business

I like the products it’s not the first time I’m abused it. Well I don’t like the fact that I only got half my order and no one bothered to call me and let me know. I waited a couple of days to see if I was getting the other half of my order. When I didn’t get that other half of my order I called Lowe’s and they finally told me they couldn’t fill the order. I think that it’s the Lowe's associates responsibility to call the customer when they can’t fill his order and let him know.
