Arrived broken
I ordered the vanity top and 2 backsplash pieces. I installed the vanity top and went to open the backsplash boxes to find out the longer piece was broken. Reading other reviews, it appears to be a common thing. It’s sold out online now so I’m not sure if I should wait or tile the wall now. Smh

Open box at the store
Unfortunately I had to order my backsplash for a church parsonage and wait a week to pick it up. When I got home and opened it I found it was broken in half. I think it should have had better packaging. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to return it and it’s too late to order another as the project needs to wrap up.

I’m not sure why Lowe’s sells sidesplash in the store. Yeah you have to purchase the backsplash online after I picked up my order wrote it to the job site. I noticed that the backsplash was broken and now it’s not in stock was not at all helpful and trying to resolve, my issue and now the project completion is put on hold indefinitely.
