I was excited about this patio set, but the cushion quality is disappointing. After just a few uses (always stored indoors when not in use), I removed the covers to wash them and found loose threads everywhere. After a gentle wash and air dry, I discovered the cushions had raw, unsurged edges. One cushion had a hole from unraveling seams, and the zipper on another broke while putting the cover back on. For the price, I expected better. Would not recommend if you're looking for durability.
Don’t trust the people that work there they don’t
They didn’t send it. They were going to take it apart. They were screeming at me for unknown reason I just brought it and they didn’t wanted to send it.

Do not wash cushion covers
Do not wash the cushion covers as the will be shredded even on delicate cycle. Lowes does not sell just the covers and replacement cushions are over $200 including delivery fees.
