The flooring samples were five star. I ordered and paid for two different samples which were supposed to be mailed to me. I received the first sample via snail mail, the second never arrived. I called Lowe's after a few days. The person told me it was at the store, in a locker and I could stop by and pick it up. Sample is way too small can’t see the different various of grain/ pattern design. Useless Im afraid except… I can see color but need to go into store.
