I ordered a fireplace from Lowe’s, and the first one was delivered with scuffs all over it. They replaced it, but the second one arrived with a bent door that won’t even close. Do the people at Lowe’s even inspect these products before delivering them? This is beyond frustrating.

terribly made

this doesnt even deserve 1 star. its poorly made. 250$ for a piece of junk..its not even real wood its manufactured wood. its already peeling and there are marks in it.

Not for me

I paid for assembly. I don't know if it was poorly assembled or just rickety...but I'm scared to place a light TV on it. It leans, it wobbles and it is unsteady. Not to mention, the "heater" barely produces heat.

Cheap wood and makes a ticking sound.

Bought 2 of these suckers. Huge waste of money.

still nice, put together wrong?

I went to add the top control portion, and someone installed the wood wrong. I can't just move it over as the put in the holes, I'm sure I can make it work. but I am not to thrilled about having to put off having it together.

Broke shortly after warranty ended

I bought this unit in Nov '24, in December of '25 it started having some issues with completely shutting off (no lights on at all). Now in Feb '26 it doesn't work at all. I called the customer service line, only to be told that replacement parts are no longer made for this unit. So I wasted $250 on a fireplace after a week of research and buying from a company that I thought would make a quality product.
