I purchased 3 of these toilets 5 years ago for our house remodel. We chose this model for the features (chair height, elongated bowl, high efficiency design) and price point. The toilets themselves are good. They flush well and rarely require a double flush. The "parts" are all cheap though. The toilet seat is flimsy. The wax ring is so thin it's almost unusable. Not long lasting
This toilet was good at first but the toilet seat broke off of the hinge in the first year. The last toilet we had lasted 14 years so I would not recommend this toilet for durable and long lasting.

This is the worst toilet ever

Worst Toilet I've ever had, Do not buy
This is what the builder installed in all the bathrooms of a home I bought about 9 months ago and they are by far the worst toilet I've ever had. They rarely flush where it cleans out the water, even urine you have to flush a couple times to flush all the urine out. I probably had clogged a toilet about 10 times in my life and I'm 37 and now this toilet plugs about once a week. Best place to place your rump while taking a dump
Very pleased with our replacement toilet. Comfort height is a huge plus, flushes well and was easy to install without hiring a plumber. A quick push on the handle takes care of liquid waste, while holding it down a little longer makes quick work of getting rid of those nasty "pine cones". Great value for a product that takes care of your dirty work!

Just bought my 2nd one, have had the 1st one for 3 or 4 years, very happy with performance, finish holding up well. Reading some other reviews about not flushing properly & taking more than 1 tank to clear bowl, I can only assume operator error, assume they did not read the instructions, as this model has multiple options for how much water is used for flushing. 1 quick push of the flush lever will clear 95 out of 100 #1's. LOVE THIS TOILET!!
This is the BEST toilet EVER! We have a tiny bathroom and this toilet being so slim really makes a difference. You don't feel so crammed in between the sink and tub. The tank lid is flat, perfect for setting a candle. The BEST PART though is it STAYS CLEAN!! (Texas does not have hard water) I always flush twice and in doing so, I don't even get that weird red algae that is so prevalent in Texas.
