Tub pickup

Ordered via online. Product wasn't ready when they said that it would be, then someone not familiar with the product only brought out half of the order. I drive 30 min back to the store to get the tub. They gave me a left handed tub when a right handed tub was ordered. Delayed bathroom renovation for 2 days. Not happy. Lowe's can do better, I've seen them do better
