Good filter and easy installation
This filter is made out of good strong material. It feels like good quality. A little heavy but not too heavy. I am happy with quality and functionality. I buy this filter once a year because i dispose of it after i use it for a year. I do not replace the media. I use this with a handheld shower head and have no issues. Easy installation and highly recommend.

Does not work
Easy to install but useless. There was no difference in water quality and now I have to go out of my way to return it. All these reviews have me questioning. I live in Phoenix and the local stores strangely don’t have a lot of options that actually work for our chemically laden hard water.

Perfect gift!
Received this as a gift. I wasn't sure what it was and what is actually did. Gave it a try and WHOA, 2 weeks into it and my hair was AMAZING! I also noticed that my eyes didn't burn after showering. Didn't know that was chlorine burning my eyeballs :( Took about 5 mins to get this setup. Haven't changed the filter yet, I've only had it for about 2 months. Needs to be replaced once a year.

This product is working fine. It needed to be taken apart and have the o-rings reseated but after that the initial leaking stopped and all is well.

This is a great shower head filter! It really cleans up the water and I live in a rural area with a water system that is not always stable. Money well invested!

This filter is good at reducing chlorine.
I will not say excellent because they now come with a Prop 65 warning. If you want to be cancer free and avoid toxic chemicals, you will need to avoid this filter. It now says it can expose you to , Phthalates, and they are cancer causing chemicals I absolutely want to avoid! After a cancer diagnosis, you do not want to utilize something that can actually expose you further! I want to escape Chlorine,. but not open to door to other toxins! It also lessens flow as it is used.
