Party Hardy is a shrub type rose that was bred in Canada. The "Party" portion of its name, is attributed to this plant's large clusters of old-fashioned, brightly colored blooms. The "Hardy" part of its name is earned by adapting to the harsh winters. More than 40 petals fill each big, 4" bloom, while the dark, ample foliage fills this shrubby plant from top to bottom. Flowers are lightly fragrant, smelling somewhat like apples, and terrific for cutting.
